Shareholder update June 2026
Dear Shareholder,
It has been far too long since my last update, and for that I sincerely apologise.
I know many of you have become frustrated by the lack of communication. You have shown incredible patience over a prolonged period, despite the uncertainty surrounding the company, the ongoing litigation and the delisting from the Vienna Stock Exchange, which has understandably left many of you unable to trade your shares.
You deserved better communication from me, and I take responsibility for that.
Today, however, I am delighted to share what I believe is one of the most significant milestones in the history of Techducate Holdings PLC.
The commercial version of the Consultz app has now been submitted to both Google Play and the Apple App Store for approval.
Subject to the standard approval process, we hope the app will be available for public download within the next two weeks.
This has been years in the making.
Many people have asked why I didn't simply raise more investment to accelerate development. The answer is straightforward. Because of the ongoing litigation, raising public finance on acceptable terms became extremely difficult. Rather than allowing the vision to die, I made the decision to keep it alive myself.
Over the past few years, I have personally financed the business wherever I could. I also redirected resources from my other businesses to continue funding the development of Consultz. To do that, difficult sacrifices had to be made. Some operations were significantly reduced, others were restructured, and substantial personal and business resources were committed to ensuring that this project continued moving forward.
At the same time, I remained committed to pursuing the ongoing litigation, which continues today.
There were many occasions when it would have been easier to walk away.
I chose not to.
I genuinely believe that Consultz represents a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to build a global technology platform. After everything we have endured, I believe we are finally approaching the point where years of hard work begin to translate into commercial reality.
Having used the latest commercial version extensively myself, I can honestly say I am incredibly proud of what has been built. Consultz is far more than a video calling app. It is a complete platform that enables experts to monetise their knowledge through paid consultations while giving people instant access to trusted expertise from anywhere in the world.
I truly believe we have built something special.
But now I need your help.
Many of you are business owners, professionals, consultants, coaches and recognised experts in your own fields. You are exactly the type of people we want on the platform.
If you would like to become one of our founding experts, please register your interest here:

When the app launches, I ask you to support the company by:
• Registering as an expert.
• Sharing your Consultz profile with your existing followers and network.
• Using the platform from day one.
• Inviting other experts to join.
• Helping us spread the word across your social media and professional communities.
Every expert who joins strengthens the platform.
Every consultation completed helps build momentum.
Every person you introduce increases our reach.
As shareholders, your investment is directly linked to the success of what we are building. This is one of those rare occasions where your support can genuinely make a difference to the growth of the company you own part of.
This is not the finish line.
It is the beginning of what I hope will become the most exciting chapter in our company's history.
I will continue providing regular updates throughout the App Store approval process and, once approved, I will keep you informed as we begin rolling out the platform to experts and the public.
Finally, thank you.
Thank you for your patience.
Thank you for believing in the vision.
Most of all, thank you for standing by the company during what has undoubtedly been its most difficult chapter.
I genuinely believe that our best days are still ahead of us.
Kind regards,
Vincent Wong
